SRJC Foundation Scholarships for 2014-15
Business & Community Scholarship Applications
Applications for the 2014-15 SRJC Foundation Scholarship Program are available online via your Student Portal (SRJC-myCubby) from January 3 - March 3, 2014.
This supplement provides additional information needed to complete the SRJC Foundation Continuing Student Application. This application is for students who have complete at least 12 units at SRJC and plan to continue at SRJC during the 2014-15 academic year. A minimum 2.50 overall GPA is recommended. Overall GPA includes all course work completed at SRJC and course work transferred from other colleges into SRJC.
This supplement provides additional information needed to complete the SRJC Foundation Transferring Student Application. This application is for students who have completed 60 transferrable units (at least 24 completed at SRJC) and will transfer to a four-year institution during 2014-15. You must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 to apply. Overall GPA includes all course work completed at SRJC and course work transferred from other colleges into SRJC Applicants enrolled in less than 12 units (Spring 2014) must submit a Policy Appeal form explaining the reason for less than full-time enrollment. These Policy Appeal requests must be submitted to the SRJC Manager of Scholarship Programs, Santa Rosa Campus, Scholarship Office, Plover Hall no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
All scholarship applications must be typed or word processed. If the application is in a PDF, you may also fill in the information by tabbing through the fields of the application form. PDF applications CANNOT be submitted online at this time. You must print and sign your application and either mail or submit it in person to the SRJC Scholarship Office on the Santa Rosa campus or the Financial Aid Office on the Petaluma campus by the posted deadline.
