Counseling Services are designed to assist students in determining and achieving their educational goals. Although SRJC counselors prefer to meet personally with students, Ask a Counselor services are available to help those students with limited access to in-person counseling.

If you have additional questions after reviewing these links AND your questions are not time urgent, please proceed with Ask a Counselor. We try to respond to your question within 3 working days. During high demand registration times, Ask a Counselor responses may be 5-10 working days.

Please note that some counseling issues, such as questions regarding Academic or Progress Probation or Dismissal, may not be appropriate for this service.

Online counseling is limited to SRJC students with a valid student identification number.
